Robert af Jochnick, Oriflame's Chairman of the Board, has acquired 100,000 shares in Oriflame Cosmetics S.A. The holding of Robert af Jochnick thereafter amounts to 3,491,519 shares, corresponding to approximately 6.1 percent of the votes and capital in Oriflame Cosmetics S.A.
