Charlotte, N.C. – September 20, 2011 . . . . Morehead Associates, Inc. is holding its Peer to Peer Conference™ October 12 - 13, 2011 in Chicago, IL at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago. The keynote speaker is David Fox, President of Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove, IL. His presentation will be “Creating a Culture of Engagement and High Performance.” Fox is a 2010 Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award recipient, and the only one selected in the healthcare category last year.

A Peer Assist Workshop will be a new, interactive session bringing real-world issues and questions for discussion and solutions. It will be facilitated by Brian Noble, Senior Vice President, Morehead Associates.
“Maximizing Your Employee Survey” is designed to share how Morehead clients have used their survey design and data in unique ways. This session is a follow-up to trends discussed in the opening comments of the conference.
In addition, a Survey Marketing Exhibition will be introduced by Georganne McDaniel, Director, Employee Relations First Health of the Carolinas and include various Morehead clients exhibiting best practices. Participants will share how their organizations have increased survey participation and put their surveys on the front pages of their agendas.
