Founder Sandy Welton Becomes Chairman
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – April 28, 2011 – The human capital consulting and survey firm Morehead Associates announces that Larry Tilson’s role as President is now expanding to include CEO. Morehead, with 60 employees, serves hospitals nationwide, providing them with employee and physician opinion research and change management consulting. Their clients include approximately 350 of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Duke University Medical Center, and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
With a passion for creating engaged workforces, Welton started Morehead as a broad-based HR consulting firm.
