Distinguished Accreditation Earned by Only 520 Companies Nationwide
Charlotte, N.C. (July 28, 2011) – Leading residential property management firm, T.R. Lawing Realty, Inc. has earned its recertification from The Institute of Real Estate Management. Only 520 elite Accredited Management OrganizationsR” (AMO) nationwide receive this designation.
The AMO accreditation holds property management agencies to its exacting standards of ability and integrity. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and have a Certified Property Manager (CPM) in an executive position can earn the AMO credential. This designation requires reapplication every three years.
