Oriola Corporation (business code 1999215-0) has received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Maa- ja vesitekniikan tuki ry has acquired all Oriola Corporation shares from its subsidiary Tukinvest Oy. The acquisition is an internal transaction within the group that has no effect on the total number of Oriola’s shares owned by the group.
