Borregaard is purchasing Peterson's interest in the power plant after Peterson decided to sell its stake which is equivalent to an average annual power production of just under 5 GWh.

 

The parties have agreed not to publish the conditions of the sale, which is conditional on the transaction not triggering a licence obligation pursuant to the Industrial Licensing Act.
