Changes in Investor Relations at Orkla ASA

Rune Helland is leaving Orkla ASA after 14 years as Senior Vice President Investor Relations.

Helland has accepted the position of head of Investor Relations at DNB.

"Rune has played an extremely important role in building investor confidence in Orkla. We want to thank him for 14 years of loyal commitment to the Group. In the course of these years, Orkla has received several awards for its IR work, including winning the Stockman Prize three times. We wish Rune every success for the future," says Jens Bjørn Staff, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Orkla ASA.

Rune Helland's date of resignation has yet to be determined. Work has begun on the process of recruiting his successor.

Ane Bryn-Haugland, who has worked on a 50% basis for Investor Relations at Orkla ASA since April 2014, has resigned from her position to start her own business. Bryn-Haugland's last day of work at Orkla will be in February 2015.

Elise Andersen Heidenreich will start work in a 50% position in Investor Relations on 5 February 2015. Andersen Heidenreich is currently Senior Communications Advisor at Orkla ASA and in her new position she will divide her time between Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Elise has a BA (Hons) in Economics and has extensive experience of IR and communications work in listed companies, most recently as SVP Investor Relations at Norwegian Property, and prior to that at STX Europe, formerly Aker Yards.
