“I’ve had the pleasure of serving as President and CEO of Orkla since August 2019. Since starting out, I have met many capable employees. In making changes in the Group structure and the top executive staff, I have deliberately chosen competent leaders who have made a strong, positive impression on me. I am glad that both Hege and Ingvill have accepted the opportunity to become part of the Group Executive Board and our future team. I am looking forward to building a strong sense of community in the Group Executive Board,” says Orkla President and CEO Jaan Ivar Semlitsch.
