Disclosure requirement - BWG Homes ASA

Orkla ASA bought on the 20 June 2011, 50 000 shares in BWG Homes ASA at a price of NOK 19.10 per share.

After this transaction Orkla owns 6.4 million shares in BWG Homes ASA, which represents 6.51% of the share capital.

Espen Wiik, VP Strategy Development in Orkla ASA, is a member of the Board BWG Homes ASA.
