Orkla ASA bought on the 30 May 2011, 150 000 shares in BWG Homes ASA at a price of NOK 22.28 per share.

After this transaction Orkla owns 6.35 million shares in BWG Homes ASA, which represents 6.46% of the share capital.

Espen Wiik, VP Strategy Development in Orkla ASA, is a member of the Board BWG Homes ASA.
