Orkla ASA and Norsk Hydro ASA have agreed to combine their extruded aluminium business, creating the world leading aluminium solutions provider. With reference to this, the following conferences will be held today, 15 October 2012:

Orkla and Hydro presentation in Oslo
Orkla and Hydro will host a press and analyst conference at Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45, Oslo at 8.30 a.m. CET.

The presentation will be webcast live at www.orkla.com.
 
Orkla conference call
There will be a conference call at 4.00 p.m. CET. Participants will be President & CEO in Orkla, Åge Korsvold and CFO Terje Andersen.
