Roar Engeland, EVP in Orkla ASA, transferred today on 17 December 2009, 34,274 shares in Orkla ASA to Alfa Nord AS, Business Register Number 988136743. The shares were transferred to an average share price of NOK 56.00 per share.

Alfa Nord AS is Engeland’s wholly-owned company. After this transaction, Engeland and his close associates own 178,278 shares and 615,000 options in Orkla ASA.
