Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by UBS Limited on 19 November 2012 regarding the expiry of the stabilisation period for the initial public offering (the "Offering") of Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", ticker: "BRG").

As the over-allotment option to UBS (on behalf of the managers) to purchase additional shares from Orkla ASA ("Orkla", ticker: "ORK") has not been exercised, Orkla's shareholding in Borregaard will remain at 19%, which comprises 19,000,000 shares.

Orkla is represented on the board of directors of Borregaard, and is thus a primary insider of Borregaard, cf. section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
