Mandatory notification of trade – employee shares 2009
We refer to the notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange dated 12 November 2009 regarding Orkla's offer to its employees to buy Orkla-shares. Today, on 16 December 2009, Orkla transferred 1,289,452 Orkla-shares to its employees.
After this transaction Orkla owns 9,857,815 Orkla-shares.
The total number of options issued in Orkla shares is 14,967,000. In addition Orkla has a hedge through a cash-settled financial derivative of 600,000 underlying shares related to the option programmes.
