New CEO at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge

Jeanette Hauan Fladby (47) has been appointed new CEO of Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge.

Ms Hauan Fladby will take up her post on 1 September 2015. She will be taking over after Ann-Beth Freuchen, who will become Orkla Executive Vice President and CEO of the Orkla Confectionery & Snacks business area on 1 July 2015. Ms Hauan Fladby will report to Ms Freuchen and will be a member of the business area's management team.

Ms Hauan Fladby has been CEO of Pierre Robert Group since 2010. She joined Orkla in 1995 and has held several different management positions in the Group, including Marketing Director and Category Director at former Stabburet. She has a Master of Business and Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.

Work has begun on the process of finding Jeanette Hauan Fladby's successor as CEO of Pierre Robert Group.
