Orkla ASA – Base prospectus approved for listing of bond issues

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 7 March 2023 regarding new bond issues.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 7 September 2023 approved the base prospectus with appendices prepared by Orkla ASA in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the Company's two new bond issues:

  • ISIN NO0012862772 – FRN 2023-2028
  • ISIN NO0012862780 – 4.405% 2023-2030
