Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 10 and 20 November 2014 regarding Shares for Employees 2014. Yesterday, 3 December 2014, Orkla transferred 999,769 Orkla-shares to its employees.

After this transaction Orkla owns 1,858,337 Orkla-shares.
