Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options
On 1 April, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 45,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at NOK 41.38 per share.
After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 14,532,000.
Orkla owns 4,347,106 treasury shares.
