Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options
Today, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 75,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 41.38 per share.
After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 16,817,000.
Orkla owns 7,601,233 treasury shares.
