Orkla ASA : Trade subject to notification - BWG Homes ASA

Orkla ASA sold on the 18 April 2012, 710 475 shares in BWG Homes ASA at a price of NOK 11.95 per share. After this transaction Orkla owns 9.3 million shares in BWG Homes ASA, which represents 7.0% of the share capital.
