Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 4 November 2013 regarding Shares for Employees 2013. Yesterday, 4 December 2013, Orkla transferred 974,127 Orkla-shares to its employees.

After this transaction Orkla owns 4,997,106 Orkla-shares.
