Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 18 May, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme, 50,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised, at a strike price of NOK 37.36 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under the management option programme is 4,120,500. Orkla owns 1,000,403 treasury shares.
