Orkla ASA :Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 22 January, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 40,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 41.62 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 14,962,000.
Orkla owns 4,757,106 treasury shares.
