Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 20 January, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 25,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 41.38 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 15,002,000. Orkla owns 4,797,106 treasury shares.
