Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 6 November, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 30,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 41.38 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 15,202,000. Orkla owns 5,971,233 treasury shares.
