Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 31 October, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 10,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.36 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 15,232,000. Orkla owns 6,001,233 treasury shares.
