Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

Yesterday, 6 May, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 20,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.36 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 16,892,000. Orkla owns 7,676,233 treasury shares.
