On 7 February 2014 Peter A. Ruzicka, President and CEO of Orkla ASA, bought 280,000 shares in Orkla ASA through his related company Ventotene Invest AS at an average price of NOK 46.37 per share.

Following this transaction, Ruzicka and related parties own 683,500 shares in Orkla ASA.
