Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Stein Erik Hagen, Chairman of the Board of Orkla, has on 17 July 2018 bought 80.000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 67.2002 per share. All of these shares will be awarded to Hagen's grandchildren. Following this transaction, Hagen and related parties' holding remain unchanged at 250,020,000 shares in Orkla.
