Canica AS, a related party to Stein Erik Hagen, Chairman of the Board of Orkla, has on 25 October 2017 bought 858,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 82.82 per share. Following this transaction, Hagen and related parties own 250,010,000 shares in Orkla. 

Nian AS, a related party to Nils Selte, Member of the Board of Orkla, has on 25 October 2017 bought 3,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 82.82 per share. Following this transaction, Selte and related parties own 24,000 shares in Orkla.
