Nian AS, a related party to Nils Selte, President & CEO of Orkla, has on 12 May 2022 bought 50,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 73.65 per share.The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Selte and related parties own 157,000 shares in Orkla.
