The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Selte and personal related parties own 187,395 shares in Orkla ASA.

Audun Stensvold, Executive Vice President, and Investment Executive has today, 14 February 2023, bought 25,000 Orkla shares at a price of NOK 68.97 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Maria Syse-Nybraaten, Executive Vice President, and Investment Executive has today, 14 February 2023, bought 7,000 Orkla shares at a price of NOK 69.00 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
