Nian AS, a related party to Nils Selte, President & CEO of Orkla, has on 26 October 2023 bought 25,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 74.68 per share.The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Selte and related parties own 212,765 shares in Orkla.
