Syno Invest AS, a related party to Øyvind Torpp, EVP & Investment Executive, has on 14 May 2024 bought 20,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 82.37 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Torpp and related parties own 80,000 shares in Orkla.
