Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 3 November and 9 November 2015 regarding Shares for Employees 2015. Yesterday, 3 December 2015, Orkla transferred 941.603 Orkla-shares to its employees.

After this transaction Orkla owns 940.300 Orkla-shares.
