Orkla ASA :Norwegian bond issue completed
Orkla ASA announced yesterday a potential bond issue in the Norwegian bond market with 10-years tenor and fixed interest rate.
The bond issue is now completed and a total of NOK 500 million was sold in the market. The bond issue is an open series with a total borrowing limit of NOK 1,500 million. The 1st tranche will be issued with an amount of NOK 1,000 million whereof Orkla will keep NOK 500 million on its own account. DNB Markets and SEB have acted as joint managers for the bond issue.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
