Orkla’s acquisition of Bubs Godis AB completed
In its notification of 20 December 2022, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares in Bubs Godis AB, a Nordic confectionery company.
The transaction has now been completed. Bubs Godis AB will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as of 1 February 2023.
