Orkla’s acquisition of Da Grasso completed
In its notification of 15 September 2022, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase 74% of the shares in Da Grasso, one of the leading pizza franchise chains in Poland.
The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and has now been completed. Da Grasso will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as of 1 January 2023.
