Orkla's acquisition of Easyfood A/S completed

In its press release of 21 December 2018, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement to purchase 90 per cent of the shares in Easyfood A/S, a Danish producer of bread-based convenience products for the out-of-home channel.

The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities, and was completed today.

The company will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as from 1 May 2019.
