Orkla’s acquisition of Hans Kaspar completed
In its notification of 13 July 2021, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase the Swiss company Hans Kaspar, thereby strengthening its position in confectionery and ice cream ingredients.
The transaction was completed today. Hans Kaspar will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as of 1 August 2021.
