Orkla's acquisition of Health and Sports Nutrition Group HSNG AB completed

In its press release of 21 November 2017, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Health and Sports Nutrition Group HSNG AB. The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities, and was completed today.

The company will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as from 1 February 2018.

Orkla is a leading supplier of branded consumer goods and concept solutions to the grocery, out-of-home and bakery markets in the Nordics, Baltics and selected markets in Central Europe and India.
