Orkla’s acquisition of Khell-Food completed
In its notification of 16 December 2022, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares in Khell-Food Kft, the leading producer of ready-made sandwiches and baguettes in the Hungarian market.
The transaction was completed today, and Khell-Food will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as of 1 March 2023.
