Orkla’s Board of Directors elected

The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA was held today. Nils K. Selte, Ingrid Jonasson Blank and Anders Kristiansen did not stand for re-election. Remaining shareholder-elected members of the Board were up for election.

The following Board members were re-elected for one year:

Stein Erik Hagen, Liselott Kilaas, Peter Agnefjäll and Anna Mossberg.

In addition, the following board members were elected for one year:

Christina Fagerberg og Rolv Erik Ryssdal (takes office no later than 1 October 2022).
   
Caroline Hagen Kjos was re-elected to the position as personal deputy for Stein Erik Hagen.
