Orkla's investment in Gorm's completed

In its press release of 13 March 2018, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement to invest in the Danish pizza restaurant chain Gorm's.

The transaction was completed today, and the company will be consolidated into Orkla's financial statements as from 1 April 2018.
