Orkla's sale of Rieber Foods Polska S.A. completed

In its press release of 24 May 2014, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement for the sale of Rieber Foods Polska S.A. ("Delecta"). The agreement has been approved by the Polish competition authorities, and the sale was completed today in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Orkla has sold 100 per cent of the shares in Rieber Foods Polska S.A. to an investment fund managed by Innova Capital for PLN 100 million (NOK 199 million).
