Orkla sells former production site

Orkla has signed an agreement with the City of Oslo for the sale of Treschows gate 16 for NOK 412 million.

The agreement is conditional on approval by Oslo City Council. If approval is granted, the transaction should complete in the second half-year of 2019.

Orkla is a leading supplier of branded consumer goods and concept solutions for the consumer, out-of-home and bakery markets in the Nordic region, the Baltics and selected markets in Central Europe and India. Orkla is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange and is headquartered in Oslo. In 2018, the group achieved turnover of NOK 41 billion and had approximately 18,500 employees.
