Orkla sells Oslo Business Park to Stor-Oslo Eiendom

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Capto Eiendom AS (“Capto Eiendom”), Orkla has entered into an agreement to sell its Oslo Business Park property to Stor-Oslo Eiendom. Oslo Business Park is owned by Capto Eiendom (50 per cent) and Winta Eiendom (50 per cent), and under the agreement both parties are selling their entire stake.

Orkla’s shareholding in Oslo Business Park is booked at NOK 166 million.

The transaction will generate a small gain to be reported on the line “Profit/loss from associates and joint ventures” in Orkla’s income statement for the fourth quarter of 2019.

In connection with the sale, a seller’s credit was granted for a period of up to five years.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale value.Orkla ASA
