Under the agreement, StepStone provides an interactive job market and related services to Tinde.

 

The agreement, which is for an initial period of three years, enables StepStone to substantially increase the reach for its customers and candidates alike, with increased traffic and marketing opportunities for both parties.

 

Tinde will have a new career portal in conjunction with StepStone and all vacancies currently on www.stepstone.no will be also be published on www.tinde.no. Monthly more than 300.000 unique users from Tinde can now find numerous up-to-date-job offers as well as several new career services on Tinde.

 

The agreement will involve a series of cross promotion and cross marketing opportunities between two of Norway's leading online companies. Since Tinde has through Orkla Media access to several market windows, the co-operation enables an even broader distribution of job listings. Next to the websites www.stepstone.no and www.tinde.no customers can have their jobs posted on online newspapers of Orkla Media, and also to other partners of Tinde.no and StepStone.no.

 

The cooperation provides a win-win-situation from which both parties benefit.
