Following this sale Christen Sveaas controls 1,389,777 Orkla-shares. Christen Sveaas has at the same time obtained an option to buy 3,600,000 Orkla-shares at a price of NOK 147.70 per share. The option can be exercised in the period from 7 October 2002 to 1 October 2004. No option price was paid.
