Trade subject to notification - treasury shares week 10 2021

Orkla ASA has in the period 8 March to 9 March 2021 bought 840,000 Orkla shares through broker at an average price of NOK 82.04 per share.

Orkla's total holding of treasury shares after this is 5,501,800 shares.

The share buy-back programme which was initiated on 22 February 2021 is now completed.
